IT Training: Transitioning from Microsoft Word 2003 to Word 2007. 11 a.m. to noon, 401 Hale Library. This session will give you an overview of the new features in Word 2007 and how they make your life easier. Topics such as "Where do i find...?", modifying the interface to work faster, the Live Preview, and understanding the Ribbon will be covered. IT Training: Introduction to Cascading Style Sheets. 2 to 4 p.m., 202 Fairchild Hall. This session will give you an overview and hands-on practice with reading and interpreting style sheet syntax, identifying types of style sheets and styles, as well as creating and applying style sheets to a web page. Presented by the Information Technology Assistance Center. Open to all K-State faculty and staff. Those attending should have experience with and knowledge of HTML or have completed iTAC's Introduction to HTML course, be comfortable working with Windows operating systems, and have experience and knowledge of the Web environment.
