supplemental educational opportunity grant
A Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant represents a form of federal "gift" aid. Approximate annual amounts are between $100 to $1,200. A Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant is awarded to undergraduate students with exceptional financial need. Priority for the Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant is given to Pell Grant recipients who meet K-State's priority date for filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). For the 2010-2011 academic year, our priority date is March 1, 2010.
